Google Tag Manager

This service allows website tags to be managed via an interface. The Google Tag Manager tool itself, which implements the tags, is a cookie-free domain. This means that, in principle, no cookies are used and no personal data is recorded. Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data, but Google Tag Manager does not access this data. This technology is necessary for the operation of the core functions of the website.

Google Analytics (analytical cookies) 

We use Google Analytics 4 based on your consent for the purpose of website usage analysis. We implement Google Analytics on the server side and collect the data ourselves first. In the next step, we forward this information to Google, which will use it on our behalf to analyse your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide us with further services related to website usage. Sessions and campaigns always end after a specific period of time. Personal data of users is deleted or anonymised after 14 months, while deployed cookies are stored for 24 months.

 

Additionally, we apply the IP address anonymisation function within Google Analytics. As part of Google Analytics, the Google Signals analytical service is also used, which helps understand how users interact with the website across multiple devices and sessions. No direct data link is established between you and Google. Furthermore, cookies and other techniques are applied to access information on your terminal device.
