This is an interactive session with one or both parents where our baby-led massage trained therapist will show you simple techniques to help baby with relaxation, sleep, digestion and finding calm. It is an interactive session, covering suitable products, frequency, touch, pressure and speed, how to prepare, and what to do afterwards, to maximise the bonding experience for both baby and parent.
